Dr. Dental Cancellation and Reschedule Policy
Dr. Dental requires patients provide our offices 24 hours’ notice in the event that the patient needs to reschedule or cancel their appointment. This allows for other patients to be scheduled into that appointment time slot.
- 1st and 2nd Missed Appointment: If an appointment is missed or cancelled within the 24 hour window, a notice will be texted and/or emailed to the patient reminding them of our policy and the effects of their missed appointment.
- 3rd Missed Appointment: If the patient misses a third appointment, they will only be able to book same day appointments based on availability.
- Future Missed Appointments may result in the patient being dismissed.
