Halloween means time for carving pumpkins, dressing up in a crazy costume, and of course eating candy – lots of it. And our experts at Dr. Dental don’t want to ruin the fun for the children – and adults — of New England.

That’s why we think the foodie fun shouldn’t stop at sugary treats. There are plenty of ways to indulge in spooky flavors without the ‘trick’ of added sugar, which causes damaging acids to form in the mouth.

Instead of bringing candy to friends or into the office this Oct. 31, how about trying one of these Pinterest-inspired treats for a tooth-friendly Halloween?

Cheese Fingers

Veggie Skeleton
Banana Ghosts and Orange Pumpkins

Mummy Pizza

Cheese Witch’s Brooms

Monster Melon

Cottage Cheese and Carrot Ghost

We wish all of our patients a safe, happy and of course – tooth-friendly – Halloween!
