If yes, than you can use only the newest version as well as the 3 previous ones , , To use another version you would need to request a previous version.

If its not there then its not active any more and thus you can’t use it unless you have an exception from Autodesk. Without that exception you can’t use the version and it means it would be a compliant issue at that point if you did.
