Expanding northeast dental chain is seeking an experienced trainer to handle CT and NJ offices. Trainer need not have dental experience, but experience certainly is a plus. Primary responsibilities will initially include front desk new hire training, immersion training for new and existing front desk personnel, and company culture training. There will be significant travel required, so being a road warrior is definitely helpful. 1st round interviews will be conducted on 2/29 and 3/1 in our Stamford office. 2nd round interviews will be conducted later in March. Due to the expected interest in this position, only strong candidates will be contacted for an interview.
